Referral Rewards

​Example: If a new client signs up for IT managed services contract and the total value is $50,000 over a 2 year contract, you will receive $500. The higher the value of the contract, the more you earn!

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

​The referral program is open to all Acrotec customers, third-party partners, staff members and the general public.

Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with Acrotec.

Referral Process:

Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on our website or via email to sales@acrotec.com.au

The referrer must provide accurate contact information for the referred client.

If additional information is required, you must be contactable and provide this information.

Referrals must be warm leads to qualify for commission; cold leads will not be eligible and may result in disqualification from future referral opportunities.

Reward Calculation:
-
For IT managed services, the referrer will receive 1% of the cost price of the services contracted by the referred client, for the first contract signed by the client up to a maximum of $2,000.

For hardware and software sales, the referrer will receive 5% of the total price of the products purchased by the referred client for the first transaction, only.

Payment of Rewards:
-
Rewards will be paid out within 30 days of the referred client making their first payment to Acrotec.

Rewards will be paid via bank transfer to an Australian bank account.

The referrer will be responsible for all applicable tax liabilities associated with the reward.

General Conditions:

Acrotec reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any disputes, Acrotec's decision will be final and binding.

Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the referral program.
