Acrotec's Exclusive Referral Program

Eligibility: 

• ​The referral program is open to all Acrotec customers, third-party partners, staff members and the general public. 

• Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with Acrotec. 

Referral Process: 

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on our website or via email to sales@acrotec.com.au 

• The referrer must provide accurate contact information for the referred client.

• If additional information is required, you must be contactable and provide this information.

• Referrals must be warm leads to qualify for commission; cold leads will not be eligible and may result in disqualification from future referral opportunities.

Reward Calculation: 

• For IT managed services, the referrer will receive 1% of the cost price of the services contracted by the referred client, for the first contract signed by the client up to a maximum of $2,000. 

• For hardware and software sales, the referrer will receive 5% of the total price of the products purchased by the referred client for the first transaction, only. 

Payment of Rewards:

• Rewards will be paid out within 30 days of the referred client making their first payment to Acrotec. 

• Rewards will be paid via bank transfer to an Australian bank account. 

• The referrer will be responsible for all applicable tax liabilities associated with the reward.

General Conditions: 

• Acrotec reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. 

• In the event of any disputes, Acrotec's decision will be final and binding. 

• Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the referral program.
